I’m Kayla Cook, founder of Senior Strong. I’ve spent the past decade working across the senior care continuum, home health, hospice, and assisted living, and I hold a master’s degree in gerontology and a personal training certification.
I’ve taught group wellness classes at Salt Lake County senior centers and contributed to the development of Salt Lake County’s Vital Aging Wellness course, helping seniors approach aging proactively and with intention.
That background shapes every class and presentation. Your residents and members get programming built on an understanding of how we age, delivered with warmth and plenty of fun.
