Caring for an aging parent or loved one can feel overwhelming — especially when you're unsure what support is available or what steps to take next.
That's where I come in.
Caring for an aging loved one often falls on family members — many of whom are already balancing careers, children, and countless other responsibilities. While primary care physicians play an important role, they are not positioned to evaluate senior living communities, compare in-home care options, or fully assess the aspects of long-term care.
As a result, many families find themselves making urgent decisions during times of crisis, without a clear plan in place. Taking a proactive approach to care planning allows families to stay informed, explore options thoughtfully, and make decisions that truly align with their loved one's wishes.
My goal is to help bridge this gap — providing the knowledge, guidance, and planning support families need to move forward with confidence.
We'll discuss your loved one's care needs and walk through available benefits and care options — so you leave with clarity and confidence in your next steps.

Schedule A SessionI've spent the past decade working across the senior care continuum — home health, hospice, and assisted living — and I've consistently seen the same gap: families left without clear guidance during one of the most important transitions in life.
Too often, decisions are made in moments of crisis, without the time or information needed to make choices that truly align with a loved one's values. My goal is to change that — by working with families earlier, so they feel confident and prepared before urgent situations arise.
As an independent consultant, I'm not affiliated with any single agency or provider. This means my guidance is unbiased and tailored to your family's specific situation, backed by an extensive network of trusted local resources.
I also contributed to the development of Salt Lake County's Vital Aging Wellness course, helping seniors approach aging proactively and with intention.
Outside of my work, I am passionate about health and wellness. I hold a personal training certification and enjoy staying active through fitness and tennis. I also love cooking, traveling, and exploring new places. Having been born and partially raised in Mexico, I am able to communicate at a conversational level in Spanish, which allows me to connect with and support a broader range of families.
